
Challenge
Lancaster Bible College wanted to define their brand and enhance recruitment with their website. After conducting a brand and web strategy study, JPL sought to create an online experience that was simple, informative and engaging. A key challenge was to help the undergraduate students, adult learners, parents and alumni find the information most relevant to their very different needs.
Solution
The new site offers intuitive, easy-to-use navigation. From the homepage, the user selects their path, and from then on they see the content and interactive features relevant to them. The site also includes an interactive campus map and a video with students relating their real-life college experience in their own words. Students and alumni alike expressed enthusiasm for their custom-tailored experiences.
